Guggenheim analyst Curry Baker reiterated a Buy rating and $84.00 price target on Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE: LYV) after the WSJ recently reported on recent DOJ filings regarding the 12/19 agreement between the DOJ and Live Nation to extend the consent decree and clarify retaliation language.
The analyst does not see a financial impact stating Bottom-line: we do not believe that the consent decree extension or updated language will impair LYV's business model going forward. We continue to forecast 20+% AOI growth for 2020 driven by operational execution and OCESA".
