UPDATE: Lennar Corp. (LEN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 212.5% to $0.125; 0.9% Yield

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized. This is a 212.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on February 7, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 24, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 23, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
