Guaranty Federal Bancshares (NASDAQ: GFED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 3, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
