Bank of South Carolina (BKSC) Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend; 3.4% Yield

Bank of South Carolina (NASDAQ: BKSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.

Fleetwood S. Hassell, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Given our strong earnings and capital, we are pleased to, once again, reward our shareholders with this cash dividend."
