National Fuel Gas (NYSE: NFG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.435 per share, or $1.74 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2019.
