HD Supply Holdings (HDS) Misses Q3 EPS by 20c, Revenues In-Line; Offers Q4 & FY20 EPS/Revenue Outlook

HD Supply Holdings (NASDAQ: HDS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.79, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 billion.

“Our associates remain committed to delivering best–in-class service, despite a continued challenging environment and the ongoing activities of splitting the company into two market-leading, stand-alone businesses,” stated Joe DeAngelo, Chairman and CEO of HD Supply. “We remain focused on helping our customers succeed, and I am encouraged by our continued growth and strong cash flow generation.”

GUIDANCE:

HD Supply Holdings sees Q4 2019 EPS of $0.52-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.57. HD Supply Holdings sees Q4 2019 revenue of $1.355-1.405 billion, versus the consensus of $1.39 billion.

HD Supply Holdings sees FY2019 EPS of $3.45-$3.51, versus the consensus of $3.50. HD Supply Holdings sees FY2019 revenue of $6.116-6.166 billion, versus the consensus of $6.15 billion.
