WEC Energy (WEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.2% to $0.6325; 2.8% Yield

WEC Energy (NYSE: WEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6325 per share, or $2.53 annualized. This is a 7.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.59. The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2020. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.

"The board's review today is consistent with our ongoing plan to target a dividend payout ratio of 65 to 70 percent of earnings," said Gale Klappa, executive chairman.
