Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 9, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
