Group 1 Automotive (NYSE: GPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on December 16, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of November 29, 2019.
