Middlefield Banc Corp. (MBCN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.15; 2.5% Yield

Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on December 13, 2019, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

“The increase in our quarterly cash dividend reflects our commitment to returning value to shareholders,” stated Thomas G. Caldwell, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This is the latest in a series of actions we have taken to reward shareholders throughout 2019, which includes the initiation of a share repurchase program and a two-for-one stock split.”
