SmartFinancial (SMBK) Initiates, Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 0.9% Yield

SmartFinancial (NASDAQ: SMBK) initiated and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.20 annualized. The dividend will be payable on December 6, 2019, to stockholders of record on November 21, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of November 20, 2019. The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.

SmartFinancial’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Billy Carroll, commented, “Our company has built a great foundation and we are excited that we’ve gotten to a point to be able to continue our growth as well as return capital to our shareholders.”
