American Vanguard Corp. (AVD) Declares $0.02 Quarterly Dividend; 0.5% Yield

American Vanguard Corp. (NYSE: AVD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on October 3, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of October 2, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
