The company sees FY07 EPS of $0.46-$0.53 versus the consensu sof $0.51. Sees FY07 revenues of $67-$70 million versus the consensus of $60 million.
Trio-Tech International (AMEX: TRT) 20% HIGHER; For the three months ended December 31, 2006, revenue increased 89% to $14,067,000. Net income from continuing operations for this year's second quarter was $799,000, or $0.25 per diluted share. This compares to a net loss from continuing operations for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 of $446,000, or $0.15 per share.
Mikron Infrared, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIKR) 17% HIGHER; signed a definitive agreement with LumaSense Technologies, Inc. to merge Red Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of LumaSense, with and into the Company. Under the terms of the merger agreement, the holders of Mikron common stock will receive $11.50 per share in cash.
Silicon Image (Nasdaq: SIMG) 17% HIGHER; reports Q4 adj earnings of $0.21 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.24. Revenues came in at $87 million versus the consensus of $76.7 million. Sees Q1 revs of $68-72 million versus the consensus of $73.16 million. Sees FY07 revs of $340-360 million versus the consensus of $343.44 million. BMC Software (NYSE: BMC) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.30 (non-GAAP EPS of $0.41) vs. consensus of $0.39. Revenues were $380.3 million vs. consensus of $402.87 million. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007, BMC expects revenues to be in the range of $415 million to $435 million and non-GAAP EPS to be in the $0.36 to $0.40 range. (Consensus is $423.48 million and EPS of $0.40). BMC now expects non- GAAP EPS will range between $1.45 and $1.49 for fiscal 2007 vs. consensus of $1.47. The Company reiterates its expectation for fiscal 2007 revenue growth in the mid-single digits. The Company also reiterates its expectation to exceed a non-GAAP operating margin of 20% for the year and anticipates that its non- GAAP operating margin will be 22% for the full year.

(NYSE: BUD) have concluded an agreement under which Anheuser-Busch, Inc. will manage and coordinate the sales, distribution and merchandising of Monster Energy energy drinks to on-premise retailers including bars, nightclubs and restaurants in territories approved by Hansen. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Panera Bread (Nasdaq: PNRA) 2% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.62 per share, ex-items, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $232.9 million versus the consensus of $231.3 million.
