Archrock (AROC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.8% to $0.145; 5.5% Yield

Archrock (NYSE: AROC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share, or $0.58 annualized. This is a 9.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.132.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.

“The increase in our quarterly dividend is consistent with our stated financial strategy of delivering between 10% and 15% annual dividend growth through 2020,” said Brad Childers, Archrock’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We remain confident in our ability to maintain dividend coverage of at least 2.0 times, while also reducing our leverage to less than 4.0 times in 2020.”
