MGM Growth Properties (NYSE: MGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4675 per share, or $1.87 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.465.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
