KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 28, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 24, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
