Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share, or $4.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
