Crown Crafts (CRWS) Declares $0.08 Quarterly Dividend; 5.9% Yield

Crown Crafts (NASDAQ: CRWS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.

Randall Chestnut, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our healthy financial position and positive cash generation have enabled us to return $3.2 million over the past 12 months. We are very pleased to once again reward our stockholders with a quarterly dividend payment.”
