Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.4 percent.
