Baxter (NYSE: BAX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 15.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.
The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 7, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
