Spartan Motors (SPAR) Declares $0.05 Semi-Annual Dividend; 1.1% Yield

Spartan Motors (NASDAQ: SPAR) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
