CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2875 per share, or $1.15 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
