NASDAQ (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.8% to $0.47; 2.1% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
