Central Pacific Financial (CPF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.5% to $0.23; 3.1% Yield

Central Pacific Financial (NYSE: CPF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 9.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.
The dividend will be payable on June 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
"We are pleased that our consistent earnings combined with solid asset quality and capital position has allowed us to increase our cash dividend," said Paul Yonamine, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Our team continues to work on building customer relationships and we look forward to continuing to execute on our strategies during the rest of the year," said Catherine Ngo, President.
