First Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: FCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. This is a 38.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 3, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 20, 2019.
