ONEOK (NYSE: OKE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.865 per share, or $3.46 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.86.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
