United Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1350 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1325.

The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 7, 2019.
