Tremont Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ: TRMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2019.
