United Financial Bancorp (UBNK) Declares $0.12 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield

United Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBNK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 8, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 26, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 25, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
