Dow (DOW) Declares $0.7 Quarterly Dividend; 5.1% Yield

Dow (NYSE: DOW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7 per share, or $2.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.

This marks the first cash dividend issued by Dow following its separation from DowDuPont on April 1, 2019. Including the period while Dow and DuPont were merged, this dividend payment marks the 431st consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Dow, dating back to 1912.
