Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (RBNC) Declares $0.09 Quarterly Dividend; 1.6% Yield

Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: RBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

“This cash dividend represents a 12.5% increase in our cash dividend per share compared with the same quarterly dividend paid last year,” stated DeVan D. Ard, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. “The increased cash dividend also highlights our solid performance and strong balance sheet. Our Board of Directors remains focused on building long-term shareholder value, in part, through our cash dividend program.”
