BBX Capital (NYSE: BBX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0125 per share, or $0.05 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.

The dividend will be payable on April 19, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2019.
