Norwood Financial Corp (NWFL) Declares $.24 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield

Norwood Financial Corp (NASDAQ: NWFL) declared a quarterly dividend of $.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 12, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
