Xenia Hotels (NYSE: XHR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 12, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
