W.R. Berkley (WRB) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend, 0.7% Yield; Board Announces 3-for-2 Common Share Split

W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.

Share Split

Board of Directors announced today that it has approved a 3-for-2 common stock split to be paid in the form of a stock dividend to holders of record on March 14, 2019. The additional shares are expected to be issued on April 2, 2019 (immediately subsequent to the payment of the regular quarterly cash dividend referred to below).
