TrustCo Bank (TRST) Declares $0.068125 Quarterly Dividend; 3.3% Yield

TrustCo Bank (NASDAQ: TRST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.068125 per share, or $0.2725 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Robert J. McCormick said: “We are very pleased that our company’s performance has enabled us to again provide our shareholders with a strong cash dividend. TrustCo’s board and management team remain confident in the strength of the Company’s balance sheet.” Mr. McCormick also observed that “The payment will result in a cash dividend yield of 3.32%, based on the prior day’s closing price of $8.22. We understand how important the TrustCo cash dividend is to our shareholders and we proudly continue the more than 100-year tradition of meeting this expectation of our owners.”
