National Healthcare (NYSE: NHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 3, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
