Compass Minerals (CMP) Declares $0.72 Quarterly Dividend; 5.4% Yield

Compass Minerals (NYSE: CMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.72 per share, or $2.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.

“The Board of Directors continues to view our dividend as an important component of our value proposition for investors,” said Dick Grant, chairman of the Board and interim CEO of Compass Minerals. “Given our expectations for 2019, we believe that the dividend at its current level remains manageable.”
