Clorox (NYSE: CLX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per share, or $3.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 24, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 23, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
