Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.97 per share, or $3.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 11, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
