Corning (GLW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.20; 2.4% Yield

Corning (NYSE: GLW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.
The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
Wendell P. Weeks, chairman, chief executive officer, and president, said, "We are now into our fourth year of Corning's Framework which outlines the company's leadership priorities. We are nearing our goal to deliver more than $12.5 billion to shareholders through stock buybacks and increased dividends. Today marks the fourth consecutive year we have increased shareholder dividends."
