Avista Corp. (AVA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4% to $0.3875; 3.7% Yield

Avista Corp. (NYSE: AVA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3875 per share, or $1.55 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3725.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.

“The dividend increase approved by the board of directors marks the seventeenth consecutive year the board has raised the dividend for our shareholders. I believe it demonstrates the board’s commitment to maximizing shareholder value,” said Avista Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Scott Morris.
