3M Co. (MMM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $1.44; 2.9% Yield

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.44 per share, or $5.76 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.36.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.

"The strength of our business model enables 3M to consistently generate premium margins and strong cash flow, and to build on the company’s long history of returning cash to our shareholders," said Mike Roman, 3M chief executive officer.
