Macerich (MAC) Declares $.75 Quarterly Dividend; 6.5% Yield

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $.75 per share, or $3 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 21, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 20, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
