Hershey Foods (NYSE: HSY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.656 per class B share, or $2.624 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2019.
