Flagstar Bancorp (FBC) Initiates, Declares $0.04 Quarterly Dividend; $50M Buyback

Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE: FBC) initiates, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2019. The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.

The board also approved a $50 million share repurchase program.
