Bank of Princeton (BPRN) Declares $0.03 Quarterly Dividend; 0.4% Yield

Bank of Princeton (NASDAQ: BPRN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 7, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.

"This dividend reflects the Board of Director's commitment in providing a return to shareholders," stated Edward Dietzler, President and CEO.
