UPDATE: Wells Fargo (WFC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.7% to $0.45; 3.6% Yield

Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 4.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
