CMS Energy (CMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7% to $0.3825; 3% Yield

CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3825 per share, or $1.53 annualized. This is a 7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3575.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

"We continue to execute our Triple Bottom Line strategy of people, planet and profit," Poppe said. "We are taking actions to protect the environment, better serve our customers and strengthen our business, providing higher stock dividends that benefit our investors."
