Global Net Lease (NYSE: GNL) declared a monthly dividend of $0.1775 per share, or $2.13 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 11, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
